Bill Wheeler has specialized in residential appraisals in Polk County over the past 40+ years. He has extensive experience in the local residential housing market, having completed over 15,000 residential appraisals in his career, during many housing cycles. State of Florida license is State-certified Residential Appraiser RD 966. His is also licensed as a real estate broker and has the Realtor Emeritus status.
Community activities include Alliance for Independence (past president and current board member), School Advisory Councils, Lakeland Evening Sertoma (past president), and 6 Man Club for Florida Southern College. Family includes two adult children, two grandchildren. Widower of wife Mary.
