Wheeler Appraisals has 40 years of experience in real estate appraisal practice covering commercial, industrial, residential development, farm, and acreage properties.  The primary geographic concentration in Florida is interior central Florida including Polk County, central and east Hillsborough County, east Pasco County, Hardee County, Highlands County, Hendry County, Lake County, and Osceola County; in western North Carolina Clay, Cherokee, Graham, and Macon Counties; and in Georgia Townes and Union County. 

Curt Wheeler is a licensed real estate broker with Realtor Emeritus status in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina, and a licensed certified general real estate appraiser in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina, 

Bill Wheeler Appraisals provides single family residential appraisals in Polk County, Florida.

Both Curt Wheeler, MAI and Bill Wheeler, Jr. are second-generation appraisers and are directly involved in real estate appraisal assignments.  The firms have completed over 20,000 appraisals.

C Wheeler Real Estate LLC houses the NC and GA licenses for Curt Wheeler, and is owned by Wheeler Appraisals LLC.
